Robert E. Albus: Marketing and General Management –
Bob Albus brings significant marketing and business development experience to the firm. Bob has worked with Private Equity firms as a senior operating executive or Board advisor for the past five years. Prior to this he was President of Premier Inc a consumer products company he co founded and sold to Advanced Polymer Systems where he became President of the Toiletry Division. Bob started his career with Johnson & Johnson, moved to CBS as Vice President of Business Development of WB Saunders within the Publishing Group, and subsequently, was Marketing Director of Combe Inc. Bob earned a BA from Lafayette College and MBA from Lehigh University.

Thomas FitzGerald: Finance, Operations, Corporate Governance –
Tom FitzGerald brings fifteen years of senior corporate finance and business development experience to the firm. Most recently, Tom has provided strategic financial advisory services to privately-held companies in the media/branded entertainment, advertising, healthcare, consumer loyalty, alternative fuel, and telecommunications industries, and has worked with Private Equity firms as a Chief Financial Officer for their portfolio companies. Prior to this, he held senior finance positions at the Engelhard Corporation, ACNieslen, and The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Tom earned a BBA from Loyola University Chicago.

Andrew Sherwood: Human Resources (CMC) –
Andrew Sherwood is Chairman of Goodrich Capital International, Managing Director of Stanton Chase International a “top 20” International executive search firm and of Goodrich & Sherwood formerly a human resources consulting firm he founded in 1970. Over a 35 year history, Sherwood has assisted most of the major U.S. companies and many smaller firms at various stages with their human resources requirements. An acknowledged human resources expert, Andy has appeared frequently on television and radio and has been often quoted in management journals and national newspapers including the Wall Street Journal, The New York times, and Newsweek among others. Andy is a graduate of Nichols college where he has served as a trustee

Peter Larson: Executive Management –
Peter Larson is the retired Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation. He is a frequent speaker on issues of corporate governance, international business, and entrepreneurial activity. Before joining Brunswick, Peter was Worldwide Chairman of Johnson & Johnson Consumer and Personal Care Group and a member of the Johnson & Johnson Board of Directors, and prior to this was President of Kimberly-Clark’s Health, Infant and Adult Care Sectors. He is currently a Director of Cigna Corporation, and a former Director of Compaq Computers, Click Commerce and the New York Stock Exchange. Peter is a graduate of Oregon State University, and earned a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University.

Peter Flatow: Business Development –
Peter Flatow is a leading business consultant in consumer products, health care, telecom and specialty retailing. He is the founder and President of Co Knowledge and prior to that was President of Brain Reserve and Ryan Management Group. In the course of his 15 year consulting practice Peter has serviced such clients as AT&T, Bacardi, Miller Brewing, IBM, Colgate-Palmolive, Brunswick, Saab, Tropicana and numerous others. He started his career on the client side where he developed and grew businesses for Bristol Myers, Lever Bros, and Johnson& Johnson. Peter has been frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, ADWEEK, Boardroom Reports and other business publications. Peter holds an MBA and BA from The American University.
